In Lankaran starts "Tea, rice and citrus festival", which the southern region is famous for. It’s the perfect time to drink some fragrant tea with local sweets, try at least some of 50 types of plov made from different sorts of rice, like “Hashemi”, “Sadri”, “Apollo”, “Campo”... Accompany plov with hot kebab or famous Lenkoran’s lavanghi. The most talented cooks, farmers, craftsmen came together to make festival go as bright and good as possible.
