On 22 December, as part of Winter in Azerbaijan, a project by NARGIS Magazine, a special masterclass was held with the participation of 15 children from the Children’s Shelter and Reintegration Centre, invited with the support of the Nargis Fund.
The day proved to be truly engaging, joyful, and filled with sincere emotions. The programme began with a visit to the Winter in Azerbaijan: Gingerbread City exhibition at Port Baku Mall, where the children enthusiastically explored the miniature gingerbread town.
The children then headed to the a’Nanas restaurant, where they enjoyed lunch followed by a creative gingerbread house-decorating workshop.
The programme continued with a visit to the ice rink on Baku Boulevard, built with the support of Nargis Fund. Bright impressions, laughter, and joy accompanied the children throughout the day.
The colourful day concluded with the presentation of gifts from our partners. We express our sincere gratitude to all our partners, in particular Baku Metro, Azerbaijan Airlines, Glodemia, and iTicket, for the gifts provided to children.
Special thanks go to BakuBus for providing transportation and assisting with the organisation of transfers between locations.
This day served as yet another reminder of how important it is to share warmth, care, and attention.
