Surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and uninterrupted panoramic views, the place gives a feeling of privacy and exquisite peace.

The landscape design entrusted to the prestigious award-winning firm Cracknell, is rooted in the peninsula's own ecosystem. The preservation approach consists in combining local vegetation with discrete footpaths and water-saving solutions, creating a sustainable natural reserve that will be further developed.

Environmental friendliness is inherent in every detail. The facades are lined with travertine and sandstone, and high-efficiency windows provide optimal thermal insulation. The interiors are finished with Denizli travertine from a local quarry and Perla Rocca quartzite in the bathrooms, which also feature equipment from Axor, Antonio Lupi, Kaldewei, Geberit and Duravit. The stone excavated during the construction is being re-integrated into the surrounding landscape, which contributes to the conservation of biodiversity and ecological balance.

Advanced systems, including climate control and lighting, are harmoniously integrated. The light, developed by the leading Turkish studio ZKLD, known for its sustainable lighting design, uses warm, neutral tones that emphasize materiality without disturbing the natural landscape.

Surface of Bvlgari Mansions varies from 850 to 2,800 square meters. They are located on the terraces, each with a panoramic sea view. The exclusive residential complex combines Italian elegance with Mediterranean heritage.
Residents of the Mansions will enjoy privileged access to the amenities of the future Bvlgari Resort Bodrum, including the Bvlgari’s signature restaurants like Il Ristorante – Niko Romito, Japanese Hōseki and La Spiaggia on the beach and the iconic Bvlgari Bar, there will also be a Mediterranean seafood one, all of them located along the Aegean coast and equipped with their own boat pier. The spa area of 2200 sq. m features an immersive wellness philosophy with hyperbaric therapy, zero dry body flotation, and a sauna wth Himalayan salt.

The Mansion owners will enjoy two private beach clubs and an amphitheater overlooking the sea for cultural events, they will be also offered individual property management services designed to anticipate any possible wish.

By opening this mansion, Bvlgari House presents a new icon of coastal life — a place where architectural craftsmanship, eco-friendly design and the art of Italian hospitality merge together in the heart of the Mediterranean.
